Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are pleased to offer free shipping on most orders. Shipping is always free on orders greater than $35. Please note that free shipping does not apply to wholesale accounts.

In rare cases, we may use third-party transportation providers. This may incur a higher than normal shipping cost, which will always be reflected on the final checkout page before order processing.

Most orders are shipped the day they are received during Monday through Friday, or are otherwise processed during the next business day if the order is received on a weekend or holiday.

All orders include a tracking number, made available at the time of shipment.

We ship from several distribution centers across the US. Our primary facility is located in Simi Valley, CA.

 

FREE PRODUCT EXCHANGE

In the unlikely event there is a problem with one of our products, we will replace it with a brand new product. In order for this warranty to apply, the return for the product needs to be initiated within 30 days after the date of purchase.

This free product exchange applies to products returned in new condition and does not apply to refurbished products.

NO RESTOCKING FEES

We do not apply restocking fees on returns taking place within 30 days of purchase. We have very few returns but we can proudly say that 99.8% of our returns do not incur any restocking fees.

If you return a product past the 30 day window, or if you damaged the product, or if the product is not in new condition or was visibly used, then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. The restocking fee would be applied as a reduction of your refund. We do not charge your form of payment for restocking fees.

Rest assured that we do not charge a restocking fee unless necessary.

 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Eurow, our commitment to delight our customers with high-quality products is one of our greatest priorities.

Should you notice any manufacturing or workmanship defect with any of our products, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase in new condition and we will either exchange the product or refund your purchase. This warranty applies only to new products and not to refurbished products.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will try to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Warranty Information

Limited Warranty: If a product has a manufacturing defect, contact Eurow within 30 days of purchase with a copy of sales receipt for a replacement or refund.

Note: This limited warranty is provided by Eurow & O’Reilly Corporation to you as the original purchaser of the product(s). Eurow & O’Reilly’s liability is limited to the cost of the product’s purchase price.

Replacements will only be shipped to addresses within contiguous 48 States, and refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment used at the time of checkout.

Customer service will ask questions to determine eligibility under this limited warranty. If you are eligible, a replacement order, or refund will be issued, and you will be given instructions for returning the defective product. If we choose to send you a replacement, we will pay the cost of shipping.
